Hotel Balka Strand - Nexo

Nothing to complain about, everything was great!

Very friendly staff, and relaxed atmosphere. Within walking distance to the beach. The sauna is definitely a good amenity to have, and the pool is larger than one would expect.

Since I am paying for my stay, I would expect to not have to pay for some amenities, like the fussball table, the pool table, and the air hockey table.

The room was fairly clean (but not the bathroom!) and the staff really helpful.

The position was not clearly indicated (it is in Balka, not in Nexo), the breakfast was fair but not exceptional and the reception closed at 21.00...

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! the location was amazing as it was very close to a lovely beach. It was so convenient to just walk a few steps and be able to enjoy the beautiful coastline. Secondly, the staff at this hotel were very attentive and professional. They consistently provided great service and were always willing to assist. Lastly, the rooms were well-equipped and comfortable, with separate beds which was perfect for our needs. I was impressed with the value for money and the attention to detail at this hotel.

Everything was great, no improvements needed.

There is a good bike rental shop 40 m away from the hotel. The hotel is also very close to the beach. The staff are friendly and helpful and the buffet breakfast is quite nice.

It was fine -- a bit bigger than we expected though (fortunately the hotel complex, as with the other constructions on the island, is low rise). And although acceptable, the lobby/reception area look sort of "generic"; while I realize that Balka Stand is not a boutique hotel, maybe giving the reception area/dining room a more upscale/cosmopolitan Scandinavian/Danish feel should be considered.

Access to a lawn from the room.

Perfect place for a family trip! The spacious rooms with TVs and separate bathrooms were just what we needed. The kitchen equipped with a fridge was very helpful. The staff at reception was very friendly, immediately addressing our requests. The breakfast buffet had everything we could ask for. The beach is just a short walk away. The location is very safe with little traffic and the heated pool was a big plus.

While the hotel overall met our expectations, we found the pillows and blankets to smell weird. we encountered some ants.

This hotel had the perfect location for me as it was very close to a nice beach. the staff was very helpful in finding transportation options to get around the city easily. I loved the breakfast - it was very tasty and unique. Lastly, the hotel facilities were very clean and well-maintained.

Worth the money. Huge, very clean and well equipped apartment. Perfectly working wifi. Wonderful, nice reception staff. Fantastic surrounding - quiet place, a lot of green. Very good location - close to the beach. Great breakfast in the form of a buffet.

Couldn't fault.

The hotel is located just a stone's throw from the beach, making it possible to enjoy the sandy shore every day. to the great location close to the beach, there are plenty of opportunities to entertain children, like a decent pool and small playground. the spacious apartment room options at affordable prices are a great advantage for families.
